Welcome to USA Poker Club. By accessing our services, joining our club on ClubGG, or participating in our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate. It is your responsibility to ensure that online poker is legal in your jurisdiction before joining.
Membership is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to refuse membership or terminate existing membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to collusion, chip dumping, or abusive behavior.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards cheating. Any player found using bots, real-time assistance (RTA), or colluding with other players will be permanently banned and their funds may be confiscated.
All financial transactions are handled by authorized agents. We are not responsible for transactions made with unauthorized third parties. Withdrawals are subject to security checks and are typically processed within 24 hours.
USA Poker Club is not liable for any losses incurred due to technical failures of the ClubGG platform, internet connectivity issues, or user error.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
